OUR URBAN MISSIONS PROGRAM
Love Thy Neighborhood has an urban missions program for young adults, ages 18-30, impacting homelessness, the adult entertainment industry, crisis pregnancy, adoption & foster care, healthcare, refugees, construction & low-income housing, legal aid, book editing & publishing, podcasting, visual arts, media & design, multicultural church ministry, multicultural worship ministry, urban youth ministry, international college ministry and nonprofit leadership.
We equip and mobilize the next generation of Christian leaders to work with the poor, the suffering and the marginalized in our city. Believing that relationships change lives, our urban missions program emphasizes spending time with neighbors, the local church, each other and the Lord.

LOCATION
Love Thy Neighborhood serves in Louisville, Kentucky. Louisville is the largest city in Kentucky with over 750,000 residents. It has the second-highest number of nonprofits per capita than any other city in the region (exceeded only by Chicago) and is a hub for dozens of innovative urban ministries. Nonprofits in Louisville have a long history of working collaboratively and investing in young leadership. A city with deep racial division, LTN and its partner church are at the forefront of racial reconciliation and multi-cultural efforts in urban Louisville.
FUNDING
LTN uses Collaborative Funding to care for those that serve. Our unique approach to funding allows people from all walks of life and financial backgrounds to participate in urban missions. This approach ensures that your fully-furnished housing, groceries, in-town transportation and living allowance will all be covered.
Our Team Members all support each other by generously compiling the money they raise into one pile to care for each other.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Team Members set a personal goal of raising $11,900 for the year and $3,600 for the summer.
DO I RECEIVE HELP?
Every LTN Team Member is guided step by step through the fundraising process – making raising funds achievable even for a fundraising novice.
